What we make
From the panel to the complete door
Every piece is designed for a specific opening and made in our own factory. Nothing is mass-produced.
- Door panels
- Made-to-measure aluminium panels for fabricators to fit into their own door systems. Flush, grooved, glazed, with stainless steel or a bespoke design.
- Monobloc doors
- The complete door, frame and panel, ready to install. Made to fit the opening and the project.
- Pivot doors
- Large-format pivot doors for entrances where the door is the centrepiece of the façade.
- Finishes
- Powder coating in any RAL colour, smooth or textured, wood-effect finishes, stainless steel inlays and decorative glass.

About us
25 years of making doors in Âncora
Portancora was founded in Viana do Castelo, in the north of Portugal, to do one thing well: made-to-measure aluminium panels and doors. We work with fabricators who fit our pieces on their clients’ projects, with architects looking for a door designed around their building, and with people building their own homes.
We do not mass-produce. Every order is designed and made for a specific opening, which is why we are happy to take on the projects others turn down.
We deliver across Portugal, Galicia and the rest of Europe, and also sell to the United States.
